We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
